- Exchange windowYou must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after the exchange window will not be eligible for exchange.
- EligibilityTo qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase. FIFI reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
- Sale itemsAll sale, discounted, promotional and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund unless an incorrect or defective item was sent.
