5. Payment

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer

For bank payments, an order may only be processed after payment confirmation where applicable.

6. Delivery

A standard delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to orders unless otherwise stated.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

FIFI does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Eligible exchanges may be considered where:

• An incorrect item is received
• An item arrives defective or damaged
• The exchange request meets the conditions and timeframe stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Items must generally be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with tags and packaging intact.

8. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items may be final sale and may not be eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
